I hate when there are like 10 other ellipticals available and they choose the one right next to me! Or like today, I was at kickboxing and occasionally, parents bring their kids and this woman went to grab her stuff by the bag I was at, and the kid was with her and the kid dropped something and he went to pick it up and I…

I as told it doesn't matter when you eat, but it was recommended to me not to eat carbs 3-4 hours before bed.

5'2" and highest was 308. Currently 176 lb. Would like to get down to 135 lb and but I will evaluate it as I get closer.

You may have a hiatal hernia. Your stomach pushes up through your diaphragm into your chest cavity. I had mine repaired an I haven't had heartburn or reflux since.
-
Me too. My stomach, and my hips don't seem to want to budge. I've read that you can't spot reduce though, so we just have to keep trying to lose weight and eventually it should go away.

Did you just get the BMF? I noticed (after I got a new one because my original broke) that the first few days, it was very inaccurate. Saying I was doing vigorous activity when I was at work. Which I assure you, I was not. This lasted a couple days, before it seemed to adjust itself and it became more accurate.

I used to have really bad cramps on day one of my period. Like you sometimes call out of sick cramps. Then I started getting extremely nauseous also on day one. I was miserable. Went to the gyno, intent on getting BC since I had heard it helps with that sort of thing. Went on it and did not like how it made me feel and the…

Many weeks I am way over my deficit. I have greater than 7000 calories deficit at the end of the week. I have a BMF so I know this. So what I'm trying this week is on my off workout day I usually limit myself to 1500 calories, this week, I ate more like 1800. Just to decrease the deficit a little. I'm trying to figure out…

I really want to. When I was heavier I felt I was to big, so I joined kickboxing (cardio). My eventual goal was to join a martial arts. I just can't decide which one and I have yet to check out any schools. Honestly though, I'm not sure my schedule would allow for how much I want to go though, I work swing shifts, so…

I have a body media fit and I love it! The meal tracking on their site is crap though, so I track on MFP and use the total to put in a daily estimate of calories eaten. So much easier that way.

My feet definitely shrunk some in width. I can wear sneakers that are not wide! Hooray for that. As for length they may have shrunk a little. Some brands I can fit in a 9. But mostly still I'm a 9.5. So maybe like 1/4 " but not enough to really change my shoe length. I was hoping they'd shrink more.

I started at 1200 calories and did not eat back my exercise calories either. I've bumped it to 1400 calories, but on my off day I don't eat less than 1500 calories. With my exercise I usually eat 2000 calories. Problem is I am not losing. I'm maintaining. My goal for the next few weeks is to have less than a 1000 calorie…

I'm a LVT, so I'm on my feet 10 hour shifts, but between rounds of treatments sometimes I feel bored so I'll with do laps around treatment, march in place or occasionally push ups off the table. Coworkers are like what are you doing? My response ids, burning calories. But until a manager says something I'm gonna keep doing…

I'm having the same problem. I workout 6 days a week. for an hour or more. Train to failure once a week. I think I need to go twice a week. Since Septemper, I've lost about 12 lb. That's it. I've tried upping my calories with eating my exercise calories. I think I'm going to have to try to bump back down. I'm at a loss.…

I second this! I like to dance. I've put my iPod on and dance in my living room. (I like loud music and I feel my neighbors would get annoyed with the level). I've been on a kick where I will space it up. I'll dance for 10 minutes or so and relax for a bit and then do it again and again. You can burn some good calories…

I've been eating my exercise calories back and I lose a tiny bit then plateau again. So I'm giving it another week or 2 and if I'm still not really losing, I'm thinking of just eating my BMR. I am going to go by my body media fit. Which tells me by the time I've woken up in the morning my calories burned say like 640 or…

Sometimes I think it's hindering mine. I keep stalling. I went away for a week, with not counting calories and not to much exercise. I did have some walking and a short cardio session, but not much and I came back and lost a pound. Since then nothing. I sometimes feel like backing off exercise a bit, but I know I'll feel…

I'm trying not to be so obsessive too. I'm almost gone a whole week. Last week was TOM and the scale was 3 lbs up and I knew it was water but I was frustrated, so I made myself not step on the scale to next Monday, which is tomorrow. I'm kind of worried. I've had a large deficit everyday and work out like crazy. I'me…

I got TOM on Sunday and I stupidly stepped on the scale for weigh in on Monday. I was up 3 lb!!! I know it is water retention, and I know I did not eat over 10,000 extra calories. Usually I don't have a huge problem with retention, I may have some, but not that much. So I'm just staying off the scale the rest of the week.

I'm not sure where you are getting your info from, but there is absolutely not 12 grams of protein or 18 grams of fiber in popcorn. There is about 3 grams protein and 3.5 grams fiber.

Nope I don't keep it in the house, because I know I'll eat the whole box. The other day I was staring at the list for a coworkers kids that were selling girl scout cookies and I really wanted some. I decided against it because I live alone and I knew the box would be calling my name until it was gone. I do well when things…

That's pretty darn accurate. I have a BMF, so I just did it out of curiosity. I workout 6 days a week and have a physical job, so I put daily exercise and physical job, just to see what it would give me, and it said my maintenance is 3002 calories, which is basically what I burn on average daily (sometimes a little more,…

I'm currently 177 and 5'2" and wear a size 12. I started wearing them at 180 something I think.

I've had the same problem. I used to be a DD, but have since shrunk to a D. But the D's sometime have the side spill out a little, even though there his room on the bottom. But the DD is too big. So I just adjust it, and now I think they might have gone down a little more because it doesn't happen as often.

This is exactly what I'm trying the next few weeks. I keep plateauig despite having a choleric deficit of over 1000 calories. I'm thinking this may be to large for me, yet I don't want to eat more, so I'm going to cut back on my workouts a touch, just do a normal one session a day, and but still eat about the same. I'm…

I usually take a rest day once per week. I had been taking Tuesday to rest, because I worked morning shifts on that day and I was always to tired after work to do anything anyways. Problem is, now I was switched to night shifts on Tuesday and I feel like I am going to feel crappy all day if I don't work out (as I've found…

I do the same. I don't like to cook, so when I do, I'll make a large amount, then pull out the scale and tupperware and portion it out and stick it in the freezer, this way I can just pull out exactly what I need. And I use my BMF for calories burned (or in the past my polar HRM), the only calories burned that come close…

One other option is alterations. I've hear a bridesmaid dress can be let out a size or 2, and taken in like 4 sizes or something like that.
-
I hardly think you would be considered chubby at 120-128 at 5'3". I'm 5'2" and my goal right now is 135, I have never been that weight so I may readjust, but 120-128 is not chubby, unless you have some sort of disorder!

Mine is around 52-56. I've never really taken it first thing in the morning before getting out of bed. I'm still big, but I workout a lot so I think it has probably lowered through this. I am actually curious what it may have been back when I was 308 lb, but I don't remember if I ever took it.
