I haven't done C25k, but over the past year I've begun running intermittently during my walks. I don't think I'll ever be a "runner" but I now find myself running about 1/3 of my 3 mile walk - and even craving that burst of speed. I hope to be running at least half of the time within the next month or so.

I find it REALLY obnoxious when I'm trying to enjoy a treat meal in an expensive restaurant. I tiny bit of scent is fine, but beyond that it's infringing on my happiness.

I bake them in the microwave, wrapped in a wet paper towel. Then, scoop out the flesh, season with a tsp. of butter (I like them without butter, too but many prefer the mouth-feel when they're buttered), a sprinkle of salt, brown sugar & cinnamon. Tastes like Dessert.

I'm using the Shine, and syncing it with my Galaxy S5 and trying to also sync with my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 tablet. It seems to sync consistently well with my phone, but it's always off on the tablet. I've tried linking the 2 devices, and that doesn't work. Maybe the tablet has an older version of Bluetooth or something?…

When my son was little I seemed to be starving ALL the time. Some of that has to do with lack of sleep. Even though it's hard to do, try to get at least 7 hours a night. A can of sardines, with mustard - 140 calories and very satisfying. A tbsp. of Fitbodies PB Fit (Peanut butter powder) spread on apple slices or on a square of 72% Cacao chocolate. Almost any fresh fruit (pineapple, pears, grapes, apples). A cup of chicken or beef bullion.
