  • LOL @ Mel, yeah call me the energizer bunny, lol. This time of year it's hard to get me to stop cause I like the weather and im motivated more. This is my first time doing a challenge, so now I have something to looking forward to beating next month.

  • LOL Mel, this time of year, I really get motivated cause its nice and hot outside and I love workingout out doors. I am so not the one to work out in the winter, I try but I see more results that I want when I do it outside. I am way to anemic for the winter.
  • Yes, it really makes a difference. I have been getting back in to clothes that I brought right before I got preggo with my daughter who will be 4 next month. That alone builds up my motivation. Thanks.
