great job ladies, i so want to get into lifting. my hubby has all the equipment set up in the garage and my oldest son is the only one that uses it, lol. I said this is the year of the weight. keep up the great work.

I choose my weight goal by how i felt and looked at time i was that weight. If you look back at pictures of yourself, you know how your clothes fit, and if you felt comfortable in that size. :smooched:

Way 2 Go ! I wishing you everything with using 30 lb weights, lol. Yeah using the ball makes it easier for me to even do a sit up, lol Maybe after I get my core together I will have the strength to do them the old fashion way, lol

July 1 - 42 July 3- 52 total 94 with 706 left July 5 - 64 sit-up's/ crunches 158 down with 642 to go. July 7-20 July 8-74 252 down with 548 to go I forgot about using my ball to make this easier, I looked up on youtube to watch some video's on how to do them and it helped out a lot. This will help me get thru this.

July 1 - 42 July 3- 52 total 94 with 706 left to go This is a killer, but I'm not quiter, I'm going to hang in here. This app has you do them 3 times a week and gives you the amount of sets that change with breaks in between, each day you get more to do.

It just says Sit up coach- do 200, free app it gives you a certain amount to do with breaks in between sets. You do it 3 times a week, and I think twice a day.

Can we do the stand up sit up and crunches, they are so much easier, and so much better for the back ?

LOL, I didn't feel them yesterday, but I feel them now. But I was at a concert last night dancing none stop, so that might have added to it. Great Job !

okay i download a situp app on my phone to help me get thru this, so for today July 1- 42 situps this is not going to be easy, cause i hate situps and i have no stomach muscles after having 4 kids, actually, I don't think I had them before kids, lol, Good Luck
