    1/3/14-treadmill 30 minutes, free weights 3 minutes and jump roped for 100 skips
    1/4/14-fitness walking/jogging 26 minutes, jump rope 5minutes( 200 skips)
    1/5/14-treadmill 40 minutes, jump roped (300 skips)

    Awesome work! I need to lift more.:happy:
