Can we do the stand up sit up and crunches, they are so much easier, and so much better for the back ?
I believe our main goal is to work our core this month, so I would say yes! Do you agree, ladies?

Tacked on 30 crunches to my exercise routine today. -->770 to go
continue to do 30 crunches as part of my floor routine all the way through July 6, which equates to 180 crunches done-->620 to go. I might take Sunday off.0 -

I was MIA for a bit between camping last weekend, new kittens adoption and having internet service issues at home. Glad to see all the progress on core training so far. I have been running and kettle bell training but haven't decided on my plank challenge lay out yet. I'll post it tomorrow.0 -

I forgot about using my ball to make this easier, I looked up on youtube to watch some video's on how to do them and it helped out a lot. This will help me get thru this.0 -

Wonderful, Queenstl! I've never tried using a ball. Sounds like it would make it fun. I am going to try doing crunches at the gym today with weights. I am going to start with 30 lbs. and see how that goes. Wish me well!!0 -

Hi all! My computer is not functional well, at all (it's really old). I have had nearly no access to any web sites. It might even shut me out again before I finish typing, :grumble: Just wanted to let you know I am keeping track of my exercise and adding it on here once we get a new computer!
