    Can we do the stand up sit up and crunches, they are so much easier, and so much better for the back ?

    So can we do a combination? I will start with a combination, and work toward mostly planks and pushups
    July 1st 10 Crunches (with legs extended), 20 Pushups

    okay i download a situp app on my phone to help me get thru this, so for today
    July 1- 42 situps

    this is not going to be easy, cause i hate situps and i have no stomach muscles after having 4 kids, actually, I don't think I had them before kids, lol, Good Luck

    1 Straight Arm Plank ~ 60 seconds
    6 Up Down Planks
    1 Straight Arm Plank ~ 30 seconds

    It just says Sit up coach- do 200, free app it gives you a certain amount to do with breaks in between sets. You do it 3 times a week, and I think twice a day.

    This is a killer, but I'm not quiter, I'm going to hang in here. This app has you do them 3 times a week and gives you the amount of sets that change with breaks in between, each day you get more to do.

    LOL, I didn't feel them yesterday, but I feel them now. But I was at a concert last night dancing none stop, so that might have added to it. Great Job !

    A concert ... what fun! I have not gone to a concert since the twins came along. Good for you!

    Queenstl, I agree with BJB66. I think you should do what is best for your body. Listen to your body's needs. Work it, girl!:smile:

    I love these challenges. Knowing I'm going to be tracking my efforts, makes me increase those efforts. :drinker:

    continue to do 30 crunches as part of my floor routine all the way through July 6, which equates to 180 crunches done-->620 to go. I might take Sunday off.
