I found the DVD....Yeah! Day 1 level 1 - Completed! I need different hand weights, I had 1 pound or 5 pounds, I think 3 pounds might be the ticket. The cardio was the hardest, its that jumping stuff, otherwise good workout!

Unfortunately in California, they have decided to not require it anymore and many of the chain restaurants and changing back their menu's to remove the calories. I loved it when they had them. It was a huge factor in whether I would even eat there or not.

Well, Water weight is killing me...I've dropped 3 pounds that came on over the weekend after a music gig, so by saturday I will probably see the loss that actually occurred. Here's to next weeks numbers....

You are doing so great. Maybe try a little protein when you want the carbs... Or try a great rereshing drink. Try something else first and see if that craving goes away before you go down that path. Really you are doing wonderful and should focus on your success!

I reset my goal to something else and Im still pushing forward. I just guess I didn't think I could actually get to the goal I really wanted, and didn't know how I would fell when I got to my original goal. I think it's normal.
