So as of this morning I am at 150.5 and that is only 2.5 pounds from the goal I set...So I am going to set a new goal of 146 today for this challenge. That said, I am changing my MFP goal as well.

We will be starting a new one that will go through July 4th, but we just mostly do weigh-ins not mini challenges. Ours right now is the Memorial day challenge (Heidi's group). Search for it if you want to bump until we post the new challenge. This one ends Sunday and the new one will begin.

I do kettlebell with a trainer, and its really easy to do it with bad alignment, so be careful not to overextend or not keep your posture aligned because you can get hurt pretty easily. I just finished my first week with zero diet soda and all my water requirements...I also lost 3 pounds this week (bonus). At work I put 4 16 oz water bottles on my desk. I don't think its' weird. It is motivating. In fact, I find that if I do, I tend to get on the stick and actually hit the gym instead of toying with the idea. If I am casual about it, I get lazy. SO I bought cute workout stuff and I get more motivated and I fell better.
