  • Drink LOTS of water! It always helps to 'flush' out the added waste! Drink more than usual (maybe an extra glass or two) for the next few days to make up for it. It has always helped me! Good Luck!
  • I love it! I am on week 6 and it really does work! I never was much for running, and I remember how hard it was to run for just 90 seconds, but now I can run for 20 minutes. Unbelievable!!! I am so impressed, and still have a few more weeks to go of training! Definitely use it, it works!

  • If you complete the journal entry section, you can put in your data including weight, and it will calculate the calories for you. or you can just use what is on the treadmill. I find the information in the app more accurate since the treadmill doesn't know your weight.
  • I agree. I used to be obsessed with weighing myself all the time. I would even do it 3-5 times a day. It was excessive. I made my husband hide my scale, and only weigh in weekly (saturday mornings when I wake up).
