Me and my friend have just started another 12 week program, but honestly it looks pretty much like its the same program! :) The only thing is the squat, in the picture in that link, the girl is doing squats like I do them, but apparantly thats wrrrrong! lol.. I have to really practice my squats!

oh days, I did it with a bar, and I still looked pretty much the same :( I dont understand it.. But I use my table now, and try to be as straight upward as I can while supporting my hands on the table so I dont fall down! I can still feel it in my legs :)

One thing I dont get.. This is a weightloss site right? Doesn't cardio help you lose weight?? Take insanity, isnt that almost just cardio? And people lose loads of weight from that right? I dont really get this -_-

I read somewhere that because weightlifting increases your metabolism you should not wait. You should start doing it like yesterday ;) You can do 30 day shred and weightlifting?

Hmm, I have bought protein shakes, but I dont take any other supplements yet! I kinda need to get into the flow of doing all the exercises and stuff before I even concider buying more supplements :)

After the shred I started doing insanity and ripped in 30. I have also started to lift weights .. While doing the shred i also started doing butt bible. I dont have time for them all in one day so i just mix around a littlebit.. Try to do at least two! :)

Why is it okay to tell someone smoking "oh that is so bad for you, you really should quit", but not okay to tell someone that "Oh, that is so bad for you, you really should eat less"

If you only missed one day I do not think you need to start over again! When I did the shred, I missed a few days here and there, but I just continued where I left of.. (The misses were never more then 1 maybe 2 days) I think I finished the 30 day shred in 35 or 36 days
