I am on day 5 I think... I dont really think it matters where you are physically, cause shaun t always says, always keep your form, and do it at your own pace.. If you need a break, take one! So I just reckon the more fit a person is, the less breaks they take, and they go faster then those who are unfit!

I usually eat very little, I do not think I go over 1200 calories a day, I eat one or two small meals a day, and a few bananas sometimes.. After I started working out, I have noticed an increase in my appetite..

Today is my 4th day of ripped in 30! ! Im also doing insanity.. Shaun T is crazy, he works out while talking.. Jillian takes breaks, I really like jillian, especially when she says that makes her angry!

Osay, I have read through it now... In fear of sounding dumb, there is a difference to bmr and tdee? Did I understand it right when I say that I need to eat over my bmr, yet under tdee? Wow, thank you both for your degading words. Fyi, I am a first year nurse student, and we have still not learnt about this in school. I am sorry if I asked a stupid question, that everyone should know. But Id rather ask and know, and then never ask and not know. I will be a great nurse, and youd both be lucky to have me.

Well, I guess one could say the fit-test is nothing on the real deal! Finished day 2 yesterday :D I do not have a heart rate monitor, so everytime he goes "CHECK YOUR HEARTRATE" I just kinda dont do anything! I do stop for a littlebit when I am like so exhausted I cant breathe!
