Well done so far! :D

I've asked for the Skinnytaste cookbook.

Chicken curry with rice and naan bread.

I try to stay at around 1200 Norwegian Krone, which is about €140 ($170). Not sure I could afford to live in this country if I wasn't eating at a deficit! I never go out to eat, but sometimes I go over budget if I'm being lazy.

I eat at 1450 and have mostly the same things every day except I change up my dinners somewhat. Typical day: Breakfast: Oatmeal with strawberry jam (and sometimes half teaspoon peanut butter) Lunch: 2 poached eggs with half tin of baked beans Dinner: Right now I switch between spaghetti bolognese, pork chili with tortilla…

I always get dizzy when I eat less than usual. I figure it's nothing to worry about if eating solves the issue.
-
No, you can eat whatever way you want. I usually wake up around 8 - 8:30, and have a litre of water, then a cup of coffee. Breakfast happens at some stage between 11 and 12:30. I actually prefer eating breakfast later as I find I'm less hungry during the day.

I've been at this a year and I mostly just stay well away from my trigger foods. Any time I've thought ''maybe this time...'' it's just backfired so badly. There are simply a couple of foods I do not have control over. I've gotten a bit better in that if I just buy say, a small 30g bag of chips it's fine. It's when there's…

I would be happy if I could lose 4lb by New Years. Current Weight: 145.6 Challenge Goal Weight: 141.6 Goal weight: 135 Ultimate goal weight: 127

Green apples if I'm slicing them and dipping them in peanut butter. Red apples if I'm just eating them whole. I like any grapes but usually buy green.

Fantastic! Keep up the great work!

Well many of us aren't American, for a start. I have plenty of times in the year where it might be traditional to have big dinners or eat more than usual. Christmas, Easter, St. Patrick's Day, birthdays (and sometimes, depending on my social circle, other people's celebrations like Eid or Thanksgiving). I log them honestly…

I'm in the south of Norway. It's really expensive so I've found it hard to keep fresh food in the house but I got into a routine eventually. The first few weeks were so crazy I ended up gaining 7lb. It's a great experience though, where are you considering going?
-
Yup, and I'm on study abroad right now so the amount of social obligations is tripled. But I find getting ahead of myself is best. I do a lot of batch cooking and freezer dinners. For example this semester ends on the 17th of December, and I have enough dinners in the freezer that I don't have to do any more cooking (bar…

I want to lose 19lb, which would bring me to my ultimate not-going-any-lower weight. I may decide to stop before then, but I definitely want to lose at least 11lb.

Fruit teas are good. No caffeine, no calories... I drink a lot of fruit tea, especially now that it's getting cold!

Cookies of any sort. Pringles/Chips of any sort Milk chocolate (I'm fine with dark) Cereal, particularly cornflakes for some reason

One mug with a teaspoon of sugar and a splash of milk. On a bad day I might have two mugs.

Quesadillas with full fat sour cream, salsa and loads of full fat cheese. Like, loads. Also, once or twice a day I'd have 4 rice cakes with loads of Nutella. I shudder now to think of the calories on even one of those rice cakes! Big bowls of cereal with whole milk, and usually seconds or thirds. Huge bags of Doritos, full…

Usually between 2-4 litres a day. It's been more towards the "4" lately because the heating in my apartment completely dries me out.

Glad you found something that works! About a month ago I switched to having 2 squares of dark chocolate every day and it keeps my cravings away like nothing else! Haven't had an urge to binge on sweets since I started. The difference is especially noticeable during my TOM.

I've only ever ordered from Myprotein.

I started on 1200 and ate that like for about 5 months, lost about 27lb. I thought it was working great at the time but honestly I didn't *feel* great. I went up to about 1400 for the summer and lost well and felt better. Then I went back down for a while and got sick, had headaches, felt dizzy etc. Right now I'm eating at…

I'm a creature of habit. I need the same breakfast every day or I just feel off. I have oatmeal made with 40g of oats and 270ml of 1.2% milk. Then I stir in 2 tsp of strawberry jam and sometimes 1/4 teaspoon of peanut butter. Plus a mug of coffee with milk and sugar.

Lyon's Black Tea (Irish brand) with 1/2 tsp sugar and a splash of milk. I've also really been enjoying fruit teas, my favourites being Twining's Four Red Fruits and a store brand mixed berry one.
