I weigh myself every morning. I get out of bed, go to the bathroom, then come back and weigh. Party because the routine keeps me in check, but also because I fluctuate a LOT and I hate missing lows. I also like seeing how certain days affect my body.

Chili is my favourite! I have the same thing every morning: a bowl of oatmeal made with 1.2% milk, with 10g of strawberry jam and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Carbs: 40 Protein: 14 Fat: 6 Fills me up until lunch. Nothing else does!

Not sure why I'd be against milk! I have it every morning with my oatmeal and throughout the day in my tea and coffee. I do use lactose-reduced milk because I tend to be a bit sensitive to it, but I like it as a way to get some protein in. And it tastes good.
