In my experience post workout meals higher in sugar seem to have less impact on my cravings and significantly reduce the risk of falling off the sugar wagon. Plus its beneficial for replenishing muscle glycogen which is recomended after a workout any way. :o)

Probably a combo of both. The exercise for burning calories and the slight surplus in food energy can lead to an accute elevetion in metabolic rate :o) def a good thing to do every few days or so. Once a week is good.

If it were me, I'd have a little of those kinds of foods while I was there. Then I'd say, 'That was so good, may I have some to take home?' Then I'd make sure to put those foods in the freezer so they don't call me name all day but I can enjoy them a little at a time :o)

Sounds like a wee little bit of impatience. The human body is 70% water. Its gonna fluxuate a bit and weight loss can be a bit, whats the scientific term?,...oh yeah, willy nilly. It can be willy nilly at times. Stay the course :o)
