  • When I go on the treadmill at the gym, say for 45 mins and the machine tells me I burned 450 cals, then I log on to here and input the 45 mins, it gives me almost 50-100 more cals burned. I go with what the machine at the gym tells me, even though it says less cals and it's not even 100% accurate. So basically, no, I don't…

  • Not something I have to have everyday, although I could eat it everyday....a big bowl of sliced cucumber and (chunky) sliced tomato with a little salt and cubed cheese. It's DELICIOUS!!!!!!!! It has taken the place of alot of junk food options. Sometimes I'll cook a couple slices of bacon and crumble it on top.
  • Same here! Sorry that I don't have an answer for you, but I lost 8 lbs since May (right when I stopped wearing jeans everyday) and this past weekend I wore them,expecting them to be looser, but they weren't! Where the hell did those 8 lbs go?
