I like both outfits but they have different purposes. I'd ask your friends what they are wearing, if they are dressing up, because it would suck it you were in #1 and your friends were all in jeans - ask if they're going dressy or casual

What I've found for me is that if I have 1200 NET calories a day (1 pound/week), I'm great for about 5-8 days and then huge cravings kick in and I want to eat a whole bunch of bad things. I totally agree, I think it's just they're not used to you looking like that, they're not used to the change, it'll just take a while for them to get used to it. I've had this happen too and after a while people get used to the way you look now.

The calories do matter and be careful because many fruits are loaded with sugar. I would add tons of veggies and just a few fruits. Great low sugar/ low cal veggies I use are asparagus, green beans, broccoli and spinach. Add too many fruits and you'll be way over your sugar for the day. I blend spinach into my…
