I did it years ago, back in the late 90s. It was my first real program. I loved it a lot at the time. It doesn't reality do much for me nowadays, but I'm a lot more fit. If you're just starting out, it's a good program.

This is a question I ask myself. So glad to know I'm not alone. I think it's perfectly normal, since what got me overweight was eating whatever the hell I wanted. So now that I am doing something about it, I really have to watch and plan. You're not alone!! Add me to the loony bin if it isn't normal, lol

I've only used Optimum Nutrition and they are quite tasty. I've tried the chocolate, mint chocolate and peanut butter chocolate. French vanilla just arrived today but haven't tried it yet. I plan to mix it with fruit.

Pear here as well! I've lost a lot of weight, from size 18 pants to 8/10 depending on brand. So even though thighs/bum are my problem areas, the weight is coming off. I have only done cardio as well no weights.

I'm 5' 9.5". And currently 176lb. I would love to get down to 160 and see from there how I feel and look.

I am not a runner but just finished the program last week. I absolutely loved it. Did the zombie c25k app. I can't wait it get on the treadmill now. Waiting for some good weather here come spring to actually do a 5k race.

I've done both and as others have said, enjoyed RI30 much more. Did 30Ds first and it really prepared me for RI30. You can't go wrong with JM!

I am in the same place. I lost 7olbs. and just can't seem to get back into eating right and exercising. I've gained back around 10lbs and I'm just so fed up with myself :(

Frustrated with myself! I've only done 2 workouts so far b/c work/home life have been keeping me busy. I was never like this when I first started here, but I've let myself go. I am only thankful that my eating is still somewhat in check b/c my exercise has been sporadic.

How important do people feel the Stretch is? I'm not talking the cool down type of stuff, but I guess I just prefer to do cardio exercise with my time rather than stretches.

Hww do you like JM Rev??? I'm wondering if I should be doing that instead. I've done SO good with JM, I can attribute most of my weight loss to her and liking her workouts.

I also did HIIT 15 yesterday. Wasn't sure what to expect for 15 minutes, but my HR was up there! Next time I may actually do 2 rounds to get in 30 min., since that is what I am used to and I didn't burn a ton o calories, just 152 for 16min. But I liked it better than FIRE 30, probably b/c it wasn't so dancey.

Just completed day 1 and well, I'm not in love. It's WAY more dancy than I thought and I'm not coordinated with all these moves. I'll keep going, but I'm missing JM and Insanity, at least the moves made sense to me.

I started MFP back in Oct at 240lbs. No way I could have done Insanity then, I was so out of shape. I did 30DS, RI30 and BFBM first. It definitely helped me work up to the ability to do Insanity now.
