I'm 90% sure cottage cheese was allowed because it was listed as one of the few "phase 1 deserts" (mixed with vanilla, or lemon zest, etc) I never got past phase 1. I found it way too restrictive for me. But I do remember that much

I guess that would make sense. I attempted to benchpress with what I had and it was really difficult to keep both weights up. Maybe just not quite as heavy until I get the stability down?

on the other hand - they can also not run small. I had the bridal shop woman INSIST that I needed to size up 2 sizes because "bridal wear runs small". I got to get it taken in 2 sizes. Huge waste of money. I knew I was a size 8, and she insisted I needed a 12 anyways. (it happened to everyone in the bridal party)…

agreed. I'm on the treadmill breathing hard. And you're suffocating me with your cologne bath. I've never really had allergic reactions to anything but I swear certain smells make me feel like my throat is closing.

Last doctor I went to the med assistant said she was "subtracting 3 pounds for clothes". I'm sure that gives some people a confidence boost but I know I'm not wearing 3 pounds of clothes...

there's seriously no point in asking a question if you've already decided what the "acceptable answers" are. There are no "negative comments" when you're asking for an opinion. But it's your own decision to take it, even though most of the responses have been saying it doesn't work.

EXACTLY. I get from my family "haven't you already lost the weight?". So I can only run when I'm overweight? now that makes no sense.

awesome job ladies! I've been searching, and I did a really good job of getting rid or hiding in those "before" pictures. I can tell there's a difference since I actually allow there to be fully body pictures of me now. I'll find one!

I got 30DD...wait what? seriously - I'm not so sure on the exhaling thing. It gets even larger in the cup size (since the band gets smaller) when I do that to 30DDD. and I currently wear a 34C.

I don't think the size of our bones has anything to do with "I can't reach x size or x weight". But I think it does come into play more with weight distribution. Someone who has a large frame at 140 pounds and someone who has a small frame at 140 will look different even with the same height. The person with larger bones…

I have only lost 21 pounds but... I am smaller than I was in middle school I've lost 3 sizes - from a 14 to an 8 I actually have a figure! I can make the walk to class in record time (without feeling winded) I crave healthier foods I have so much more energy

feel free to add me too! I found its just the type of exercise that I was doing that I hate. I ran my 5k because I've always wanted to say I can do it, but I still hate running. swimming and kickboxing are much more my style.

OMG my family says that. "Why do you put sunscreen on, you won't tan.". My sisters and mother have olive skin that doesn't burn at all. I got my dad's. Just because you don't burn doesn't mean you don't need sunscreen!

Getting called snow white by my family I totally relate...I'm fine with my pale skin - I love it. Plus I would just turn into a blob of freckle anyways. Everyone's always like "but your hair is almost black? shouldn't you be tanner?" It's not just blondes and redheads who are pale. Everyone's BEAUTIFUL.
