I've lost 40 with around 20 to go. I'm 5'5". It sa slow process. I think the biggest thing is it's tempting to put lose 2lbs per week. The 1200 calories wasn't sustainable compared to how I used to eat. It led to binging. I have been 1lb per week most of the time (52lbs per year if you're on track) and more recently down…

I work shifts and I just changed my diary to time periods with 6 slots on them. So I just log it when I eat it. Some days come out looking way under or over but I look at the weekly trend/deficit

5'4"and some change here. Currently to 140 from originally 172. I was 136 at my wedding 2 years ago so I've stayed relatively the same ballpark. I'd like to see 130. Trying to be serious about logging again

I love that someone made a board for this. I had decided consistent logging would be my goal rather than food elimination. And I would log even if I totally overdo it.

I'm finished with classes as of this week and my only goal is to study for my licensing exam. So I've plotted out my study schedule and made sure to include running/lifting breaks for my "mental sanity".

We must live in the same place :P. I'm a treadmiller for that reason. If I'm visiting family out the city I'd go for a run outside. Otherwise I prefer being alive, and the idea of keeping my kidneys off the black market.
