I didn't before I got my HRM because I knew MFP overestimated so much. But now I eat back about 90% of the way. Listen to yourself, if you're truly hungry (not bored...) eat something.

If it makes you feel any better, OTC is really quite rare. Yes dangerous but not many people would have it.

Just experiment. A lot of times its a major texture thing. I hate goopy tasting vegetables. if I can crisp them in some way they're awesome. either that or there's a sauce involved

I was going to guess that maybe you're overestimating exercise or you've got the wrong activity factor set. I made that mistake when I first joined. I had myself set to active since I work out all the time and then I was also counting the exercise. It's one or the other unfortunately - so I was double counting.

I've heard about that a lot. My school gym has the same rules. They basically want to minimize skin contact with equipment to prevent the spread of staph, MRSA, and all those other nasties. So its some fitted t shirts and spandex pants (the spandex shorts are what's not allowed here), or just regular gym shorts

I think it has to make some difference, I have almost the same stats as you (same height, wrists 5.5, ring 5) but I'm 140lbs. I measure with my bra on. Assuming your wearing a properly fitted bra that is not padded it should just be "repositioning" not squishing. I find it easier than trying to figure out how to lift both and measure simultaneously - I'm really not coordinated enough

Agree on the frozen stuff. I try to buy lots of healthy fruits and veggies but I don't have a car or the ability to go to the store every few days, that and I spend all my free time studying. frozen stuff helps me stretch to shopping every few weeks while still eating my veggies.

I've been toying with buying a HRM and the various brands. I have some questions about how you guys incorporate them into your diaries. Do you guys just change your diary entries manually all the time to reflect what the polar HRM says you burned? or are you only wearing it during exercise and inputting you own calories…
