It sounds a little odd but this is my favorite right now. I will add the PB if I need a little protein. 1c Original Almond Milk 1c. Costco 3 berry mix 2c. Baby Spinach 1tbs Chia Seed 1tbs Peanut Butter With the PB it's 305 calories 210 without.

I have the same problem!! It brings my daily sugar up way to high..but I love flavored coffee!! I've gone to La Creme which is slightly better than Coffee Mate...ingredient wise..but still not great!! There were some great ideas on here that I will try!!

I have the same problem. I have two sets of twins ages 10 and 6, both were delivered by c-section and my stomach is HORRIBLE!! What worries me a bit more than the muscle tone is all the stretch marks!! :o( I'll take whatever I get when I've lost all my weight though, it has to be better than what's there now!!
