  • Congratulations on deciding to clean up your diet! Any big change in diet can make our bodies confused for a short period of time ~ takes time for adjustment. Plant-based diets appear to offer relief from a variety of menstrual symptoms, including cramping, bloating, and breast pain (cyclical mastalgia) see the link:…
  • I'm vegan for 2! I feel SO MUCH BETTER every day I make compassionate plus healthy choices! Have you heard about Dr. Pam Popper's book called "America's Healthcare Crisis" it's not about being Vegan. It's about being healthy and the cost of sick in America today. She's connected with the Wellness forum:…

  • Agreed ignore it. And even it you were diabetic tons of doctors are reversing diabetes with a solely plant based diet (fruit, veggies, legumes and whole grains) unlike the American Diabetic Association's diet has never cured diabetes.
  • I would eat more like what Dr. Joel Fuhrman calls a "Nutritarian" load up on phytonutritents - more veggies and fruit. Like, have a salad with fat free dressing before dinner. Fruit for dessert. I'm not a big fruit eater, but I found that adding it to my salad with Maple Grove fat free Balsamic dressing is really good! I…
