I have peanut butter after a workout but only 1 tablespoon, I have had almond butter, it's not AS tasty as peanut butter but it's still a good substitute if you want to completely cut out peanut butter. I'm 5'2 as well, I usually don't go over 1200 calories, I do dance as exercise and I don't eat back those calories, I haven't lost any weight recently, it's been within a 1-2 pound range lately, but I have lost about 1/2 an inch in my waist/hip area so I wouldn't necessarily trust the scale, I'd go more with measurements :)

I did good on thanksgiving! What I did was pre-logged everything I'd be eating for the meal and then worked the rest of my day around that. It was so so easy to stay within my calorie goal.
