Hi,
My name is Samantha. I am in the US Army. I had a baby almost 9 months ago and still fighting off the weight. I weigh 167 and the army wants me at 156 MAX. LOL. Personally I look pretty decent for them to be calling me overweight. But I have been doing low carb diet and I find it difficult to find food I can actually eat. So I want to move to low Calories. I do not know what kind of foods I can eat or cant eat. I need some help with this. Thanks so much.

I just follow the calorie guide line that MFP has set for me with my goal, I also recently started drinking 3 cups of green tea a day (if you don't already know how it can help with weight loss you should totally look it up! also has great health benefits ), since I've started really focusing on not going over my calorie goal my weight has just been going down, I weigh myself every morning right after I wake up as a way to motivate myself, I see the weight going down and I get excited, I have also stopped drinking anything with calories in it, most green tea has 0 calories, and I've replaced soda's with sparkling ice (it's a flavored sparkling water, it's really yummy!)0
