Gonna sound odd but I use Tzatziki. Just add enough to get the texture and flavor you want. It's amazing and low calorie. DELICIOUS. I also do that with Tuna. I'm a bit obsessed.

Mashed potatoes with Ketchup thoroughly mixed in. Scrambled eggs with ketchup and maple syrup. strawberries filled with laughing cow light swiss or nutella. Canned solid white tuna with soy sauce.

All of these ideas sound wonderful! I adore salmon. We usually buy it pre-marinated from the seafood dept at our local Hannaford. We buy the bourbon marinated kind. So good. But I've also simply grilled it brushed with teriyaki, too. Delish.

I keep seeing this on Pinterest and I feel like it's just one of those things that people say work but it doesn't. Like a fad diet of some sorts. I'm interested in seeing the responses here, though. Personally I'll keep up the calorie counting and exercising, though. :)

I have this basic recipe for shredded taco chicken in the crockpot. Comes out amazing every time. Place chicken thighs in crockpot. Smaller portions mean that we don't have to give up the foods we love! The size of a piece of cheesecake from that place is insane anyway.... so cut it in half. Freeze the other half for another time. :)
