In my opinion, you are not eating enough, MFP already calculates a calorie deficit and you are lower than that deficit everyday, you should be trying to eat your 1400 cals a day that MFP calculates and drink lots of water....I don't know too much about the "starvation mode" that I have heard about, but I do notice that…

I just got a fitbit for Christmas and I use it for motivation! I have even walked in place while watching my shows to hit my steps goal! It really gives you an insight to how active(or non active) you really are. I notice myself taking the stairs more and parking further to get those steps in!

If I am heavily cleaning I log it, it allows me to visually see my extra wiggle room, if needed. It also is a great motivator to see calories burned, really gets me to clean more :wink: I don't eat back the calories usually, but I like to see what I am working with. To each their own, that's my opinion.
