Right! I'm on C1D8 and I've lost 9lbs. But I haven't lost as quick as I did the week I started. Not sure if that's b/c my body is "starving" or what? I'm not hungry AT ALL on this diet and ALL my cravings are gone (YAY!), but I'm not sure what's going on inside there. And, like you, I'm trying to add calories, but veggies…
