  • The nutrition guide states never go under 1300 cal. So maybe you can increase your food intake. I'm having the same problem as you. I'm on week 3 as well and I gained 2 lbs so far. But I'm going to finish the program because I hate quitting. I heard month 2's exercises are pretty hard and maybe I'll notice changes/results…
