Well, I'm doing P90X Doubles...so on weight days, I do cardio also.

When people say eXpecially. Grammar errors. Texting in emails/IMs/message board posts. People who can't park and park too close to me. Kids whining and crying in public, while their parents let them. People on here striving for attention. That's all I can think of right now, but I'm sure there are others. LOL

I cut it down to less than an hour and do low-impact stuff...like P90X Kenpo, Core work...sometimes a run on the elliptical, but not at the same level I do on non-rest weeks. Yoga is good too.

OMG That is the best! I liked this on FB, so I see them a lot, but I can't view the website from work. Gosh, wonder why.

Wow. That is incredible! It's amazing what we can train our bodies to do and be if we do it properly. You should be so proud!

I think it's fine to dress from the Junior's department when you're older, as long as it's still age appropriate and actually FITS you. I don't anymore and haven't for awhile, but once in awhile, I'll pass by the Junior's department in Kohls and see something I like and buy it. My yoga pants are from Target's Junior…

Ha! I like these too, though I haven't had fries and/or a milkshake in a long time. I'm not crazy about cheese. Don't really like it mostly. Only parm and mozzarella not melted. Everything else must be melted, and even then, I only kinda like it. I hate mayo. I will not eat anything with it.

They're okay, but honestly never filling enough for me. When I bring my own lunches in, I end up eating less calories but my tummy's full. Not so with Lean Cousine (or other frozen lunches)

My middle name is now my Maiden Name. It also happens to be my husband's middle name. So now, only our first names are different. Oh, and even though we're 7 years apart, our birthdays are only 1 day apart. :)

That is so awesome! Congratulations, and thank you so much for volunteering to serve and protect this country. You look fantastic!

Yeah! Recipe please!

Please...I don't believe anything I hear from Dr. Oz. Not regarding supposedly miracle supplements. Sorry.

Just like anything else, if you can eat it in moderation and fit it into your calories for the day, it's fine. It's not going to kill you once in awhile. Will it fill you up? Probably not. Is there a bunch of nasty stuff in there? Oh, yes. But does it satisfy your craving? if so, then once in awhile is fine. I will mention…

Thank you, so much. One thing I'm learning is that, as much as I want to, I cannot do this on my own. None of us can.

This! Popcorn! I air-pop mine, spray zero calorie butter and sprinkle splenda on it. YUM!

I think it only becomes too much if you're going at it with the wrong head. What I mean by that is me, for example. I'm a recovering anorexic/bulimic. Or trying anyway. It's a long, slow uphill climb. But I tend to exercise too much because in my head, I'm thinking, "Just burn 200 more calories. Just enough to cover your…

Cheese. I've never been crazy about cheese at all. I no longer can stomach greasy foods like delivery pizza or fast food. I just can't do it. The grease messes up my tummy, and I end up totally regretting it. I haven't tried in about a year because the last time, I was sick for a couple days.

I don't know. I'm not quite 5'2 and pretty petite. I'm currently about 110. When I was less than 105, I was too thin. Now I have muscle and think I look great, and I don't think it'd be bad if I were 115. Even though I am about 10 pounds heavier than I used to be, I still fit into all my clothes, so...it's muscle. And I'm…

That song makes me think of my parents who are now divorced. LOL. Have been for...gosh almost 20 years. Anyway, they said they met at a dance and danced to that song...and kept slow dancing into the next few faster songs. I do love that song though.

Ick. LOL. I wouldn't go back to college...or really any other point in my life. sometimes the memories cause my heart to ache, but not because I want to actually go back. I love where I am right now.

Green Day - Time of Your Life - it was inexplicably the last song they played at my high school prom. Prom was outside at this hotel...I hear that song and see sparkly lights, feel the fluttery heart of future promises and loves and possibility.

I like it and am going to try adding it to my oatmeal for tonight's snack!

Right now it's those Pop Chips Sweet Potato Chips. They come in a smaller than normal chip bag...but it's still 3 servings! And I can't ever just eat one I had to ban them from the house. For now. Until I'm willing to allow the complete indulgence.

I'm very similar and finishing up my last phase of P90X/Insanity hybrid I made up myself. P90X for the lifting, Insanity for the HIIT workouts. After our vacation, though, I'm going to order ChiLEAN Extreme.

I've been thinking about this a lot lately. As a recovering anorexic/bulimic, the Ed (Ed=eating disorder) in me wants me to believe that it's possible to eat anything in moderation. That's because he knows that certain foods, my trigger foods, will cause me to binge. Not eat in moderation. And on the flip side, sometimes,…

I could be wrong, but I don't think the OP meant stuff like that. I eat all kinds of white stuff, including white wine. :) I think the OP meant white stuff that is bleached. The rice, bread, etc.

It said I'm a Beaver which so isn't true! It says Beavers get most enjoyment and self-esteem from their careers. If that were true, I'd have NONE! LOL
-
This is me, also. I haven't eaten pasta, rice, or bread in over a year (with the occasional taste of something when my husband insists). The extra protein is what my body prefers, so I do very well on this diet, though I know it's not for everyone.

Interesting. I may have to try it after vacation...

I am cracking up for 2 reasons: 1) My husband feels the same way as the first quote and has told me more than once that if (okay, when) my boobs start sagging one day, he'll pay for a lift...and an enhancement. LOL and 2) That is a very valid point, regarding the internet. LOL ETA: My husband LOVES mine the way they are,…
