I'll have a protein shake for lunch or dinner every once in awhile. Chips!! It's super hard to eat only 1 serving. I have to eat half the bag to feel satisfied so I just don't eat them often.

I'm 5'4" and right now I weigh around 128lbs. My goal weight is 115lbs. Currently, I wear a size 27 (or sz 4-5) in jeans. I'd like to be able to fit into a size 26 though.
