@DWBalboa you speak the truth. I know it's a lot difficult than it sounds. Most of the people in my life has cut corners, like having surgery. But I use that as a motivation and a sense of competition too. Plus, I know I ll feel a lot better doing it natural. I guess I just have to expand my horizons. Thanks

The Highest I've ever been was 207. I normally plateu in the 180's and last time I was able to get in the 170's and I still fell off the wagon lol! Can you believe that? Hopefully we both stick to it this time.
