I don't know anything about what everyone else is mentioning the "PCOS" thing? It could possibly be that, your doctor will let you know for sure. But I just wanted to mention that when I, as well as a bunch of my friends, become more active than usual we will generally miss our periods, it happens to me all the time when I…

Good to know :) I walk every day either to work out at night so that makes me feel a lot better, just doing day 3 now!
-
Didn't complete day 3 today, I really don't know if I can do it every day.. it sure does take a lot of work! Hopefully I'll be able to work my way up to it soon!!
-
Okay yeah, that makes sense and definitely sounds like the easiest way to do it, haha

Alsooo Just wondering if anyone knows how to track the exercise with Jillian, Do I have to put each exercise in individually? Because if so I'm not going to track it lol
-
Finished day two today! Loving how it makes me feel about myself, that I can actually do it, being exhausted by the end, cannot wait for that to change

Did my first day on friday! Felt Great to do it!! I'm taking weekends off because that's when I go visit my parents, so I don't have the time to do it, I have to drive over an hour just to get there so. Howeverrr.. I'm really excited to have some other people doing this along with me

I used to train and fight competitively. I did shotokann karate, sport jui-jitsui and even some BJJ.. I LOVED it! I went around to tournaments and always came home with a trophy, it was my life... but now that I work such stupid hours I have no time and no money.. I miss it like crazy!

Still at the same 160.2, No loss, No gain.. Can't complain I guess, Haha

Thanks! Great job :)
-
Great job!! That definitely counts! The tv thing was just a little suggestion to push people like me who sit down and veg at night aha

Yeah, getting up to 8 glasses is a real challenge for me that's why I put it on here but hopefully I can make it! Good job!

Yeah, my time of the month just ended. I did pretty well compared to what I usually do, however I did snack quite a bit. If you have cravings go for it though, just portion them out, eat tiny amounts of chocolate or whatever it is you crave. For me cravings don't last too long after I have a bite or two so maybe that's all…

I do get an hour lunch break, but usually by the time I'm done eating and logging on here there isn't much left. Or a lot of the time I'm needed to go back early, I tend to stay around just incase they need me. I have been waking up at 5 o'clock lately and staying up. I may try to squeeze in some walking before I have to…

Thanks guys that does help. I generally do keep pretty busy during the day because I work 8-6, and unfortunately I do not own a bath tub :frown: it's really sad lol. I have had a couple people tell me to go to the doctors for it so I believe I will have to do that once I find one that will take me. Thanks again

Hello everyone :) Shantel here 5' 2" and in a loving relationship where I've gained 30-40 pounds in about these last 6 months. I am extremely comfortable with him and love him to bits and he loves me, every inch of me, but I don't love my body so much anymore and so that's why I'm here. I know he would love me just as much…

Just saved that last one and it's going to be my screensaver motivate me every time I look at it! lol

I've been saying to myself for a long time, watching myself gain and gain, that I will work out, I will be fit again, but it just never happened. I realized after moving out, starting life in the city and trying to find myself that I would need to be at my best to do that, and that means being healthy and to stop sitting…

My boyfriend is definitely not on the healthy track either, He does want to lose weight but doesn't want to do anything about it lol. Thankfully we tend to not keep too much junk in the house, No pop or anything like that, But all his lunch snacks sit there and I tend to overload on them, I've started drinking tea again…

I generally do well all day long, because I'm working 8-6, but then once I get home I just don't wanna cook for my boyfriend and I and we end up snacking or going out, or if I do cook I tend to get late night craving. On my days off its the worst!! I'm snacking all day long, but I've been getting better!! :drinker:

Definitely agree with the strong is the new skinny, I used to train and fight competitively, was working out about 3 hrs 5 days a week then. And of course always came in 1st or 2nd in my tournaments, would love to be able to fight again! Looking to lose around 30, hopefully more towards 40 though and just plain get in…

Just found this group now, gotta say it's probably one of the best weight loss groups I've seen! Excited to be motivated and supported by all you guys  First time on MFP, first time on an actual site that seems to be helping me lose weight. Definitely not the first attempt at loosing weight though, lol
