The rational part of me gets what you're saying and agrees with you...the paranoid i don't wanna gain any weight back and have to re-lose the same friggin weight again in addition to the weight i still have to lose is slightly less sure of your theories :happy:

Ok so i guess i forgot to mention that this is a 2 week vacation and i guess what i am afraid of is that i'll start out strong and then before i know BAM 5lbs gain at the end of 2 weeks

i've decided to set a bunch of mini deadlines, for myself if the deadline is to far away i always feel like i have plenty of time (yes i'm a bit of a procrastinator). So shorter deadlines keep me in check :smile:

Hey I just happen to work in the same office as a dietician so i asked, I just happened to have a Splenda packet in my purse. She had a look and said that there is no MSG in splenda. I live in Canada and not to sure where your from and if that would make a difference in the product, hope this somewhat helps?

You know i never thought of a short term goal as doing something as simple as cutting bread out for one or a couple of days, what a great idea! I've always tthought of short term goals as wieghing "X" amount by this date and then "X" amount by that date, to finally add up to my grand number of lbs lost. Thanks for the new…
