consummed calories + excercise
okay this is totally confusing me... I'm usually under my calorie intake (just under), then i enter my excercise and it says i burned whatever amount of calories...so then it increases the amount of calorie intake i did not consume saying i can potentially eat that much more. So i'm worried about not consumming enough…
