consummed calories + excercise

okay this is totally confusing me...
I'm usually under my calorie intake (just under), then i enter my excercise and it says i burned whatever amount of calories...so then it increases the amount of calorie intake i did not consume saying i can potentially eat that much more.
So i'm worried about not consumming enough calories and having my body go into starvation mode and then plateauing and not losing?

You are fine. Starvation mode is NOT going to happen with what you are doing now.
Personally it makes things much easier for me to not count my exercise calories.
When you are within a few pounds of your goal weight, and doing intense exercise regularly you may want to consider taking into account your workout calories.0 -
okay good, i haven't been counting my exercise calories. Thanks for the help0
