I suggest eaiting a low glycemic diet. Limit sugary foods and junky carbs like candy, cookies, cakes, white bread, chips, etc. Ramp up your protein intake and if that is difficult for you add in a protein shake. I could be because you are not eating enough protein with breakfast. Try eating an egg omelet with veggies and meat and I bet you will see you are feeling fuller longer. However a snack a couple hours after breakfast is a good thing. I used to have this problem all the time, especially when I would eat cereal.

I had my gallbladder removed at 310 lbs. It was done laparoscopically and it was a same day surgery. I could not have continued to deal with those attacks. Yes, I would have delivered 10 babies vs. feeling that pain any longer. I have a friend who also had hers out and she was only 140 lbs. Don't wait...just get it done.

I'm from MN and live about 15 minutes away from the MOA. Love it. The kids love it as well. So many fun things to do, see, etc. Rides, shops and all sorts of fun. I would definately recommend it. The Water Park of America is right across the street as well which is hotel/waterpark combined for even more fun.
