Don't worry about sugar in foods like fruit! Be more concerned about the sugar in things like dressing, spaghetti sauce, etc.

I like Body Fortress and also Lean EAS. I mix them with vanilla almond milk or coconut milk. I also add frozen berries and lots of other things to them.

Per my HRM I am doing this. However, I am 287lbs to start with. I take R.I.P.P.E.D for 60 minutes and then high intensity Zumba for 60 minutes right after. I typically burn about 1200 calories right there in those 2 hours.

Rooibois is sooo good. Oolong is also good. I don't know how it correlates with weight loss for sure but I have heard it does as well.

Unsweetened almond milk here as well. I will sometimes drink them as a meal replacement and add a scoop of dry oatmeal, 1/2 Tbsp of honey, dash of cinnamon, banana, 1 Tbsp almond butter, 1 Tbsp cocoa powder. It's not about the number on the scale it is the inches lost. Even though your weight isn't changing you are losing fat and building muscle. Toning up will look way better than losing 10 lbs any day. Trust me.

Also, try a low glycemic diet. I'm guessing that will help with your insulin issues.

losing slowly will really benefit you in the long run...will also help with the elasticity in the skin. Losing too fast and you could have a lot of very loose skin. I've lost 47lbs since October, yes I would like it to come off quicker, but it took me 13 years to get up to 332lbs.

This... bulk them up. I do 1 whole egg and 3 or 4 egg whites then add in all the veggies and some chicken, turkey, ham, whatever you have. I typically will try and skip the toast all together.
