I don't have a good fat free because I tend to agree with the other poster's regarding FF, however, a great option is Bolthouse Farms yogurt dressings. They are in the refrigerated section and they have several varieties. Low cal and very tasty. My favorite in the Blue Cheese.

Seem's like you are eating a lot of sodium...cheese and processed food. You also may not be eating enough. Perhaps through a large salad in there with lots of toppings and protein from fresh sources vs. pre packaged.

My tip would be to get a friend who already works out and is somewhat religious about it. Go with them and use them to keep you accountable. This worked for me....about a few weeks my friend kind of stopped going but I was already in the groove so was able to keep it up on my own. I now go more often than she does. You…

I also use PB2 vs regualr peanut butter. Sometimes I will do natural PB from Trader Joe's because it is strictly peanuts but PB2 is so much better than that even. Also, if you do any kind of protein shake PB2 is great to put in there.

Depending on what kind of peanut butter it could be so. Banana's are probably a bigger culprit. I used to have between 1 and 2 banana's a day and experienced the same problem. I cut them out and the weight loss is coming along again.

I made these but added cinnamon and vanilla. Delicious. I also realized they are REALLY filling so if you are going somewhere and need to fill up, eat 2 or 3 of these and you will be good go. Very tasty, thank you for sharing.

I agree with your statement. I am majorly increased my protein and have dropped weight and inches. People across the board (losing, gaining, maintaining) need to increase thier protein.

What other kind of weight training would you suggest? I'm open...and new to all of this. Also, I drink about 100 oz or more of water per day but am finding I am no longer using the bathroom every 5 seconds...and still drink more. I am not diabetic and I am sure it is just because of the working out. Agree?

Thanks. I will read that article. I am working out everyday either doing Tabata, Zumba, an hour on the treadmill, or a mix of treadmill, rowing machine, leg press, and seated row. It's really weird to have the skin be so much looser but not having other results like weight loss. It has to be a good thing though...right?…
