exactly :) that's the point...try it even more extreme for one session, you'll find that you can probably get to 20 seconds on and 10 seconds rest eventually. HIIT has helped with recovery for me, especially when reducing rest times systematically.

1 hour is insane! but worth it.. have you tried going even more full out and keeping the sessions shorter?
-
Yeah, technically if you keep your calories low enough you can eat whatever you want and lose weight. However, your body is a little more complicated than that, it needs macro nutrients and micro nutrients to survive, fight off disease and function at it's optimum. So while you can get away with lower of amounts of junk…

add some mushrooms :)

has you eating habits changed at all since you started running? e.g. #1 when some people start exercising they experience that new hunger, so they eat more creating a surplus in calories even above what they had before exercising. e.g. #2 are you logging food and exercise and possibly overestimating the amount of calories…

even caffeinated counts, not nearly enough caffeine in tea or coffee to cause that much water loss

Have you spoken to someone at the front desk? They should be able to print out a cancellation letter which you just need to sign and mail to head office.
-
what country are you in, what is the model and make of the treadmill..I'm sure we could figure this out... how fast were you running/walking and for how long? approximately

QFT!

I doubt you will build any muscle with this. You will definitely increase endurance of those muscles, though, and get REALLY good at running and up down stairs with weights :)

egg white omelet and fresh fruit/veg shake....perfect!
-
umm..keeping the metabolism fire burning...duh!
-
Whenever these types of things come up I have to wonder how they would possibly work? Losing weight = reduction in net input, either by reducing said input or increasing the burn of that input or both... Where does this fit in? Does it reduce appetite maybe?

usually chewing as I falling asleep

Best post in this thread. You win.

You're welcome

You just replied to the VeRY first response, this is going to take time methinks.

NVM!! better things to do today

it's a lose-lose situation for the clients and the trainers, the only one making money is the gym. They don't make a lot but they still have to charge a lot more than the average person makes in the same 1/2 hour.
-
so do you have the original answer to your question? Why it's best to exercise and not just sit around eating too few calories?
-
well what are they offering for that? No two gyms are the same. I pay $35 for a gym that has an indoor pool, indoor basketball court, studios, spinning, kids care and a pretty decent weight section.
-
Personal trainers typically pay the gym to work there. They are contractors who "rent" space in the gym for some exclusivity. This is either done by monthly rent paid to the gym or by the gym taking a cut of their fees earned. They do not make a lot of money unless they run their own gym or consult on the side.

^^ Eating back calories. End this now.

Diarrhea and cramps from BCAAs? Or supplements in general?
-
Yep, may as well. May as well lose all muscle mass. No benefits to exercise at all. Enjoy the couch.
-
So they put you on a low carb diet, give you an exercise regime. You lose weight and its attributed to the laser liposuction? I'm in the wrong business.
-
Those are intervals, not high enough intensity. Go outside and really sprint, you shouldn't get close to a minute of sprinting
-
definitely not the right place to ask, call your doctor

Bill Phillips will say whatever he needs to say to sell more myoplex. I feel great weight training on an empty stomach.I mostly do cardio on an empty stomach if I'm keeping it to 30 mins or less. If I'm playing sports I eat something a few hours before.

Lol says the guy who posts that night eating is bad because your body is "resting " Agree with previous post. Tons of info on here. Some posts come across as negative or rude because they are the 10th time being corrected.
