Alcohol dehydrates you. All water weight.

You will get a lot of information on here that will simply be interval training. Question first, how active are you? HIIt is not something that you just start without already having a decent level of fitness (my opinion) There's a ton of information on the net, Google hiit for beginners. But, short story, you want to get…

90% diet

Running around the field is great, jog the lengths, sprint the widths
-
Looks like a Sunday stroll compared to a real HIIT session :)
-
Yeah OK, that's worse, go report :)

So that's 3 reports? (Including my own) :)

Good job! I would still suggest doing this outside and not on the treadmill. As you lose weight, you will be sprinting faster and faster, and you definitely don't want the limitation of the instability of the treadmill. One of the biggest things is that you should be PUSHING to the very end of your interval...the treadmill…
-
I'm confused...why are you using weights and core exercises in this? 2 mins sprints? you are doing intervals, not HIIT.
-
what speed are you sprinting at on the treadmill?
-
you're right, and this is evidenced by the 90% of the people in the gym with bad form, nothing beats hands on. Just today there were two bros doing 250lbs squats, good old 6 inch drop and back up again. They probably learned to squat by watching another bro who watched another bro who.... not that I don't recommend either,…

High Intensity Interval Training. You definitely have the last two. Is the sprinting HIGH intensity? Are you running outside or on the treadmill? Are you gasping for air at the end of the sprint? If not, I would suggest super hard sprints for maybe 10 seconds at a time, 30 second sprints at high intensity is getting into…

I'm struggling to see love handles, pooch or any real problems. but anyway....a good lifting regime now will definitely give you some definition.

so to sum it all up, diet and exercise :)

saying high reps does nothing is a bit of a reach as well. It might not produce the "tone" that people expect. But high volume now and then is not detrimental. It helps with stamina/endurance as well as the tendons and joints.

this would be the post that gets flamed... welcome to MFP :)

join a thread about a cautionary tale about not following fad diets. reply with another fad. trollololol

diet. calorie deficit.

end result = less money in my wallet.

If the OP were to open her diary I'm sure we could figure out why this happened. My guess is that the grapefruit provided some satiety and/or replaced higher calorie food.

timing is NOT that essential. The aim is to push yourself to your max for as long as you can. Timing just helps some people because it's too easy to quit during an intense interval
-
I would not recommend this type of training on a treadmill, you need to push yourself so hard that you will probably be unstable.
-
exactly :) don't waste your money
-
so #7 is wrong, skimming removes vitamins A and D, therefore less nutritious?

your weight fluctuates all day. There's no "accurate" time. Just stick to the same time of day, once a week at most.

personal trainers LOVE to have their clients do high reps. It's not going to do all that much for the muscles though other than endurance (and maybe helping tendons get used to the motions). It also keeps clients coming back for more. Why teach people that you only need 25 mins in the gym on your own.

I can't believe the bulking issue still comes up. Next time you are in the gym, walk around the weight section and look at all the 18-22 year old guys. They are literally* composed of 50% testosterone. Guaranteed, they will be lifting heavy weights trying to show off as much as possible. You'll often see them benching well…
