you'll probably hear this a few more times in this thread, but you can't do any exercise to reduce fat in a single place. Fat loss is done overall, not in one place.

Egg white omelette with Cottage cheese (low fat)

As often as you can with still maintaining correct form

Online courses?

So you are saying that this so called ” engine” turns off? Please elaborate on this

the numbers in the link I gave are for a one rep max, so 60% for a full set (assuming around 8 reps?) is pretty good. nit picking here, but are you sure the bar is 55lbs? This is not a standard a normal weight for a bar in a gym. Keep it up, like I said, small % increases and you'll be at 100% in no time.
-
http://www.exrx.net/Testing/WeightLifting/StrengthStandards.html 60% is not bad...aim for 90% to 100% on bench press. It's one of the easiest to increase, just keep adding small %'s each week also, are you calculating 60% as a full set, or 60% as your one rep max?

You need to make your diary public first

care to share your workout routine ?

they just happen? I wouldn't ever think that the key to not having an affair is avoiding the opposite sex instead of happiness and working on one's own relationship. Sounds like treating the symptom and not the real problem. off-topic, sorry :)
-
:) but seriously, there are quite a lot of discussions out there already, you'll probably find all the info you need already by searching
-
troll, really? Water is medically considered a diuretic. Fin...
-
You're not going heavy enough if you can do cardio, period.
-
Interesting...so now liquids made up entirely of water dehydrate us... amazing the information that is out there.
-
I think that is nit picking :) Some will argue that caffeine is a diuretic, I don't believe that either. I need to urinate the same whether I drink 4 cups of water or 4 cups of coffee.
-
Last time I checked, water was pretty much the main ingredient in both tea and coffee.
-
careful, you just talked to a member of the opposite sex :) I'm interested as well, why would it be ok to comment on a member of the same sex if it's not sexual and not the opposite in the same way?

welcome, good luck with the cup today!

what are they drinking?

Skimmed diary Papa Johns, chocolate, burger king, chik-fil-a, subway Those are wasted calories. Cut those out and replace with decent meals.
-
Who's staring? Are you sure you are just not self-conscious? Make sure you have someone watch you do exercises the first few times. Apps are great, but they can't help you improve your form.

I'm not so sure about water having a direct effect on weight loss, but you obviously need to drink enough fluids during the day for general health, i.e. to replace what you sweat and dispose of. 8 glasses is obviously not scientific, it's just an generalization to remind people that we need water.
-
I agree, but studies aside, it makes sense to me that if you are working hard enough at one, you should not have any energy for the other. I keep seeing diaries where someone will do 45 minutes of strength followed by an hour of cardio. Neither is being done effectively. 45 mins of strength training should leave someone…

if only this question had been asked before.....
-
Love it! Those squats on the ball look like a REALLY good idea
-
look into starting heavy lifting. I would probably also adjust those macros, more protein, less carbs. Increase carbs and decrease fat on weight training days. The carb change alone will help you
-
How often do you weigh in? I would only do it once a week, at the same time of day. I can fluctuate 5-6 lbs throughout the day very easily.

I've tried almost everything over the past 16 years, CLA, Omega 3's, multi vitamins etc... I've never seen a marked improvement on health, weight loss, muscle building etc... I take flax seed oil now just because I hear so much about it, again, no difference if I take it or don't. I think there's a lot of money being made…

you were right, eat less, exercise more and you'll lost weight :) it's that simple, you might want to also add in "eating well" - meaning good, clean, fresh food and taking into account your macro nutrients, i.e. percentages of protein, fat and carbs.
