great post! i agree that we need to be healthy and as long as we're treating our bodies right, they'll function better and we'll feel better about ourselves! it's totally better than eating oreos and sitting on the couch all day :P

i work out at home, with weights, dvds, youtube and sparkpeople videos, jump rope, walking/running, and bike riding. every now and then i do go to the gym at my school for the elliptical and treadmill.

exercise can be really addicting. start with something small and gradually build up to bigger things as you feel comfortable. soon, you'll find yourself craving exercise! i used to hate exercise, but now i love it :) it just takes a shift in thinking, and dedication.

so true. i feel like when i'm comfortable with who i am, and am feeling loved by the people around me, i tend to not focus so much on keeping up with my body. we all need to remember that we only have one body, and we should take care of it :) i think relationships with others are most important, but if we're not healthy…

i've been on lexapro since this february, and have gained 10 pounds. although i'm not sure if that's because i've been lax with my diet/exercise regime, or simply because of the meds :/
