i grew up eating leftovers so i'm used to it! i can't imagine not eating them. i guess it helps that we cook most things fresh from scratch, though. if it were leftovers of processed foods that might be a different story.

I do!!! I don't *make sure* i work out at least a certain amount of days a week; I just try to work out every day. I usually go for at least 30 minutes and do a variety of exercises like yoga or elliptical or running or weights.

I think these things are fine, but probably not everyday. Maybe try weaning yourself off, like doing every other day, or just go down to one cookie after dinner. Or do ice cream one night and cookies the next.
