Emotional Eating & Late Nights...

This is the first time I've written a post, so be gentle to me. LOL.

I've had kind of a crap day, and actually a crap week. It's almost midnight, and I'm just slightly over my calorie goal but did a pretty darn good job with my food choices today and even kicked butt at the gym. But all I can think about is how I'd LOVE to order a pizza, or a burger, or a pizza burger, and put fries on EVERYTHING.

This happens often. What do YOU do to handle the nighttime emotional feeding?? Tips please... lure me away from the deep end!

    workout, go for a walk, read, call a friend, something to distract you. also, try drinking water and chewing gum!!
