I have the Nike+ and LOVE IT! Would never walk or run again without it! I invested in a pair of the shoes as well from the Livestrong line and have NOT been disappointed!

Buy the ranch dry packets and make the dressing recipe on the back with fat free mayo and skim milk!

Try to eat as many of them as you can.....it works best this way. You have earned them and your caloric intake number is already set with a deficit.

Check your daily activity level - maybe you put the equivalent of running a marathon everyday ;) Mine is sedentary as I sit at a desk ALL day!

I asked becuase I run three- four miles easliy outside in 30-40 min BUT I can't stand the treadmill. Even with TV, Music, anything! I was on this weight loss journey alone 1/1/09-12/31/09 and for the first day of 2010 I started using fitness pal...it is WONDERFUL!!!! Has pumped everything I already did up about ten notches!!! :happy: Good Luck!

Hey Isabelle - I keep a jar of those red/white peppermint hard candies around. After dinner if I grab one of those to suck on...it "most of the time" curbs my after dinner sweet craving. I swear each one of my teeth are "sweet teeth". hahah!
