I am making broccoli & cheese stuffed chicken breasts for V-day dinner tonight (my sweet works today so I want to make a nice dinner for when he get's home) and it calls for breadcrumbs.
What brand is low cal/healthy that you use and like?
Thanks for the help.

I suggest cutting up sliced bread, put them on a pan and cover them in the herbs and spices you like. Bake them at 200 degrees till dried out and then crumble. I don't buy cans of bread crumbs, they are far too salty and full of chemicals. Happy Valentines day!
  • I just crush-up (Trader Joe's) multi-grain crackers. It's definitely better that plain breadcrumbs.
  • I smash any flavor of reduced fat pringles....you can get pretty creative with what's available!!!

I use either Panko OR Fiber One Cereal crushed up.

I've always used stovetop stuffing in place of bread crumbs.
  • I use TVP, Textured Vegetable protein, lower in carbs

This is what I do too. And I'll cube them and then also use them as crutons too!
