Don't give up. I've been at this forever. Try to stay focused. Try the tricking your body by a new exercise and low carb for a few days.

I've been using MFP for quite a while. I've lost 80 lbs. since my highest weight. This sight has helped keep me on track by entering my food and exercise. I still have more to lose but feel I have a handle on this now.

I have been doing the Leslie Sansone walk at home DVD's. I just bought the latest one and have lost 3 lbs. since starting it. They are very easy to follow and you can do it in your livingroom.

It was the first weekend in months that I wasn't up on a Monday AM. Didn't really go overboard though but did exercise more than usual last week.

Wow I feel for you. My sister just went through a similar situation. The different part is she was married for 45 years and kids of course grown up but she stopped eating and lost 60 lbs. without trying. Just sick all the time. All I can say is take care of yourself through what ever the end result is for yourself as well…

Dr Oz had 3 docs on reviewing this on his show. Not good reviews. One was totally against it and called it unhealthy. I have a friend I shared the 17day diet with and she has lost 24lbs. since Feb. I have not done as well but did lose on it. Feel good on it too.

I just had a NSV(Non scale victory). The scale has been stuck for weeks. I put on a pair of jeans and they bagged out right away and having my hands full while making dinner I had to have my husband pull up my pants. Easy for me to say but I would increase the exercise not restrict the calories.

Go to the squash section and it's yellow and oval. I cut it the long way in half and put it skin side up on a baking pan and bake it with a little water on the bottom of the pan 350 degrees for about an hour. I make a fat free alfredo and use it as noodles. It's really good!

I bought a pair of pants about a month ago that were a size smaller and very tight to take on a trip hoping they would fit. I slipped them on the other day to take to the alteration guy to have shortened and they fit!!! That felt better than any scale victory. :love:
