Broil them w/ olive oil and season them w/ garlic salt and oregano. when they are almost done toss in some diced zuccinis and mushrooms& and onions. MMM enjoy.

Just hang in there, I know what you mean I have been there many times. Try waking up early and squeeze in a workout about 2 or three times a week . I dont know if you have insanity or p90x but i lil workout in the morning might give you that extra energy boost to get you thru the day. Also while you are up make sure you…

I add lemon juice to it and cracked peppercorn and mix it up . I then use romane lettuce and make lettuce wraps w/ the tuna. I hope this helps.:)

Ceviche tostadas are always good, just add a slice of avocado on top of it and you will be in heaven. Enjoy...:)
