I'd be interested in joining the group. I've done a lot of the Beachbody workouts (P90x, Insanity, Chalean Extreme, etc.). Currently I'm not following any of the plans, however, as I'm training for the Tough Mudder in June. But I would love to join the group for continued motivation!

Good job everyone! I stayed the same at weigh in today. Better than a gain though! I've realized that I can't eat all of the calories that I earn from exercise. This week my goal is to eat half of the calories I earn and see how that goes.

Jen- I'm going to be starting Push on Monday, so we can compare notes! Jabba11- Great job! Your results are exactly what Chalene claims. Men lose inches around their waists and gain in the arms in legs. Wish I could lose some of this stubborn belly fat!!!

I too am doing the Chalean Extreme. This is my last week of the Burn Phase. And after reading all these posts, I'm definitely looking forward to the Push Phase to see the boots! I am on week three of the Burn Phase and am really enjoying it. I definitely have noticed more tone since I started. So far I've lost 2.5 pounds, but I do a lot of extra cardio. I'm not sure that doing the program alone would be enough to lose weight. From what I've read the Lean Phase is where you really see the results.
